球阀的贮存、安装、使用及维护

•  球阀可安装于管道的任意位置，但介质流向与阀体上标示箭头方向应一致。
•  安装前应查看阀门的标识及使用工况是否符合现场使用要求。
•  安装时，应清洗管道及阀门内腔，不允许有任何异物附着。
•  安装使用前应进行启闭试验，查看是否正常。
•  球阀应存放在干燥通风的室内，通径两端应封闭，阀门应处于全开或全关位置。
•  长期存放的阀门应定期检查，注意腐蚀，法兰面应涂防锈油。
•  球阀在使用过程中应全开或全关，禁止作调节阀用。

•  You should carry out the on and off test before installing to look over whether it is normal.
•  Ball valve should be stored in dry and ventitated room, and two end of the diameter should be sealed, and valve should in the position of on or off.
•  Valve that is deposited for a long time should be checked regulary, blue piece flange face should be painted the antirust oil in case of rusting.
•  Ball valve in the course of using should be turned on or off completely, and is forbidden to use it as regulating valve.
